Do you have a complaint? First, contact the staff member involved – often you can resolve it together. If that doesn’t work, you can involve the manager. Prefer to speak with our confidential advisor? That’s of course also possible.

Complaints must always be submitted in writing. Clearly indicate what the complaint is about, who or what it concerns, what you would like to achieve, and what steps you have already taken. You can use the complaint form below to submit your complaint.
Still not helped as you had hoped?
If you disagree with the management's handling of your complaint, you can submit your complaint in writing to the Childcare Disputes Committee, to which Villa Eigenwijs is affiliated.
