Yes, we meet all the requirements set by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) for childcare locations. View the reports on the National Childcare Register or on our GGD reports page.
We always start with a free, no-obligation intake meeting at our location to get acquainted and discuss your needs. This also gives you the opportunity to see how things work here. If you're ready to take the next step, we'll create a customized agreement that fully meets your needs and situation. After signing the agreement, we'll welcome your child on their first day with us.
You must apply for childcare allowance within three months of your child's first day of daycare. If you apply later, you won't receive retroactive benefits, meaning you'll miss out on money. Ideally, apply for the allowance three months before the start date. This way, everything is arranged on time and you won't have to pre-finance the first invoices yourself.
The Dutch tax agency pays childcare allowance around the 20th of the month. You will also receive our invoice around that date. Note: the Dutch tax agency pays in advance, while we invoice after the fact. To prevent you from having to repay childcare allowance, we therefore have a one-month notice period. Direct debit is also an option; we have two collection dates: around the 20th or at the end of the month.
