Our complaints procedure

As a parent or caregiver, you use Villa Eigenwijs childcare center. Our staff do their best to provide you and your child(ren) with excellent care and to honor appointments.

A complaint? We learn from it. Let us know!
At Villa Eigenwijs, we do our best to provide excellent care for you and your child(ren). Still not satisfied? You can submit a complaint in writing. We take your complaint seriously, investigate it thoroughly, and aim to resolve it within six weeks. You will receive a written response from us and we will keep you updated on our progress.

We prefer to resolve complaints quickly and together.
Do you have a complaint? First, contact the staff member involved – often you can resolve it together. If that doesn’t work, you can involve the manager. Prefer to speak with our confidential advisor? That’s of course also possible.

Complaints must always be submitted in writing. Clearly indicate what the complaint is about, who or what it concerns, what you would like to achieve, and what steps you have already taken. You can use the complaint form below to submit your complaint.
Still not helped as you had hoped?
If you disagree with the management's handling of your complaint, you can submit your complaint in writing to the Childcare Disputes Committee, to which Villa Eigenwijs is affiliated.
